Remembering (28 May 2024)

Board Candidate Presentation

The Board candidates will have an opportunity to speak on behalf of their plan and every member has the right to ask. The presentation will last 10 minutes with the QnA for 20 minutes. Only those who will continue to the next term are allowed to ask the question. Alumnus can ask questions but shouldn’t bring down the motivation of the candidate. 

Board Report

The board will report their end progress, how successful and failed it is. The current members have a right to ask questions. It includes strategy and finance. The report will last for 20 minutes and QnA for 30 minutes. 

Project Management Department

The Project Management Department will present the job they have, starting from councilor, commission, and sub-commission. 

Communication Department

The Communication Department will present the job they have, starting from councilor, commission, and sub-commission. 

Proposals

This session is focused on proposing a new structure, position, or any other things for the LC. There will be discussion for an hour for this. At the end of the session, it will be decided whether it will be vetted or not. The session will last for two hours. 

Embracing (31 May 2024)

Election Result Announcement

The session will highlight the result of the election and the proposal proposed. Alumni will be invited to congratulate the new Board. The session will last for an hour.
