IFSA Goes to Teaching 3.0: Future Earth’s Heroes

Maintaining the annual project that has been started since the first term of IFSA LC UNHAS, IFSA Goes to Teaching 3.0: Future Earth’s Heroes with the tagline Guardian of Plants, Animals, and Our Planet! was successfully held in SD Trans Parangpungallu despite the obstacles of finding the right partners. It is a full-day activity where approximately 23 students from the first year to the sixth grade were sitting together in a class to learn, to introduce elementary school students about the importance of environment.

The class started by introducing them to the importance of keeping the environment clean, giving them the chances to interact directly with some exotic animals (with a proper guidance by the animal activists), filled by some interactive games to raise up the spirit and gather the focus in piece, and hand over the seedlings for them to plant to be later be monitored by each student as they had given a nametag to be hanged after the tree. This series of activities was formed to ignite the spark of their interest to care more about the environment and grow their love towards the nature.
