What is the Background?

Member Achievement of Season Project is a recognition program designed to appreciate members with the best achievements of the season. This initiative aims to acknowledge outstanding contributions, dedication, and exceptional performance in various aspects such as productivity, innovation, leadership, or teamwork. Through this recognition, the project seeks to boost motivation, maintain high morale, and foster a culture of appreciation within the organization.

The Member Achievement of Season (MAS) Project is conducted to recognize and appreciate members who have demonstrated outstanding performance during a specific period. This program aims to boost motivation, strengthen loyalty, and encourage a productive and innovative work culture. By providing this recognition, members are expected to be more enthusiastic about achieving targets, improving work quality, and actively contributing to the team and organization. Additionally, the MAS Project helps create a positive and healthy competitive work environment, ultimately enhancing overall organizational performance.

What is the Objective?

The MAS objective to increase the capacity of Member in IFSA LC UNHAS:

1. Appreciate the dedication and the work of IFSA LC UNHAS members.
2. Boost the spirit and motivation of members’ performance while building a foundation for long-term success in upcoming seasons through the MAS project.
3. Strengthen the relationship and a sense of solidarity of IFSA LC UNHAS.

What is the Timeline?

Open Register        : 10-11 April 2025

Technical Meeting   : 11 April 2025

Implementation        : 12 April 2025

What are the requirements?

• Member IFSA LC UNHAS term 2024/2025
• Alumni IFSA LC UNHAS term 2021 – 2024
• Prepare a gift (no specific amount but appropriate)
• Pay registration fee (15.000 IDR to member and 25.000 IDR to alumni)
